Magic is a lovely looking cob. Really well put together and very handsome.

He is very steady in all his paces and gives a real feeling of safety. He is naturally laid back and would prefer to just slot in behind another horse and when he is in this position you can literally put anyone on him and they will be safe because he is happy just to follow and is non spooky and totally non competitive.

We always put him in the lead and when he is in this position more direction is needed from the rider to keep him awake and listening.

My feeling is that he has followed for most of his life but in the last month of taking lead file he has really stepped upto the mark and is now giving a much more forward mature ride.

He stands quietly in his stable to be tacked up and always stands like a rock to be mounted and waits patiently for his rider to get organised.

Magic always has four feet on the ground and he is more of a push forward ride than sharp. He never gets joggy or stressed.

He is very easy to catch and bring in from the field although comes in at a slow, laid back pace!
He is very good with the farrier and he is washed down with the hose after every ride.
